Dear Valued Patients,
We have re-opened with modified hours. Currently, we are only seeing naturopathic and chiropractic patients as massage therapy doesn't reopen till phase 2. At this point, no dates have been released for phase 2. When appointments are booked, we will inform you of all our new protocols.
If you would like to reschedule your appointments, that can be done online or email the clinic at the email below.
If you require a refill on any supplements or would like to schedule a naturopathic follow-up appointment via telephone consult during the closure, please email and we will set up a date and time. For the quickest response to any questions or concerns, please email us at the above email.
Thank you so much to all our patients and staff for your support!
If you’re not sure whether you’re eligible to participate in direct billing for chiropractic services, naturopathic services or massage therapy, speak with your benefit provider for assistance; pre-authorization requirements may apply.
Once you have been signed up for our direct billing service, you won’t have to pay for your full visit out of pocket: we do the work for you so that you only have to pay for the portion your plan does not cover and your benefits provider will send us the remainder.
Dr. Joanne Day, ND
Naturopathic medicine is a distinct primary health care system that blends modern scientific knowledge with traditional and natural forms of medicine. The naturopathic philosophy is to stimulate the healing power of the body and treat the underlying cause of disease. Treating both acute and chronic conditions, naturopathic treatments are chosen based on the individual patient – their physiological, structural, psychological, social, spiritual, environment and lifestyle factors. In addition to diet and lifestyle changes, natural therapies including herbal medicine, supplements, IV therapy, and acupuncture, may also be used. Naturopathic Doctors in Alberta are governed and licensed by the Alberta College of Naturopathic Doctors. Joanne has been a Naturopathic Doctor since 2006.
